Keeping your information secure is one of our top priorities. The following information details what kind of information we store and how it will be managed.

Brokers and Customers/Clients also have complete control over email subscriptions. None of our emails qualify as spam, but we understand that not everyone wants to get regular updates, so we offer the choice to opt out of emails.
Our site uses standard technologies during use, including cookies, and the IP address, to provide you with an easier experience. This information is not shared with any third party, unless required by a law enforcement agency.
Passwords have one-way encryption so that you are the only person who can see your password. In the event that you forget your password, you will need to reset it.
We do not store your financial information, either credit cards or bank account information or your contact information. It is up to each broker and customer/client to determine what contact information appears on the AAH website. When customers/clients fill out the listing paperwork with the local broker, that same information in entered into this site. If there is something you don’t want entered on this site it is the subscriber’s responsibility to contact their listing broker to make the change and either remove or correct it on the site.

Personal Data

The information you provide when you register is considered your personal information. This data is not shared with any other company, third party, or vendor without your consent. However, we reserve the right at any time to change this as we may provide aggregate information to any future partner.

Listing Data

Listing data includes information entered by our affiliate brokers when listing a property on the website. To give Diggurat customers/clients the maximum exposure for their properties, we may coordinate with several partners who offer similar listing services. They use the aggregate information we provide them to list our broker’s properties on other Internet portals, increasing the number of people who can see our listings.

Financial Data

America at Home accepts both credit and debit cards when purchasing our goods and services. Financial data includes any information you submit under fields that request a credit or debit card number. We use SSL encryption to ensure that your financial data is secure. Following the submission of this data, we retain only what is necessary as a reference to the transaction you submitted. This is not enough information to process another transaction, which means America at Home does not store your complete card number or any other identifiable account data on our systems unless it is for a recurring payment product or service.

Standard Technologies

America at Home Real Estate uses the standard conventional technologies to make the process as smooth as seamless as possible.

Some of them also use clear gifs, or web beacons, that track non-personally identifiable data about each user who visits the site. The information of an IP address can help to identify the approximate location of the person who accessed it, such as the sender’s state or city, based on the computer that is assigned the IP address. America at Home uses this technology to help administer the website and to provide data to those who may advertise on our site. Specific user information is not provided as part of this submission. America at Home also uses each IP address to help create a more personal experience for our users by showing you features and services in your area.

Surveys and Contests
